Hot Pepper Jelly
1 C. Bell pepper
1/2 C. Hot peppers of choice
5 C. Sugar
1 1/2 C. Apple cider vinegar
6 oz. Liquid pectin
Add sugar and vinegar into pot. Heat on med high heat until boiling. Add peppers. Gently boil for 3 minutes. Turn off heat let cool for 5 minutes. Add pectin. Stir thoroughly. Fill jars. Adding red and green food coloring is optional. Lids will seal themselves from heat. For long term storage do a quick hot water bath.
